Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund for purchases made on Nohaya, covering both the Nohaya Pro subscription and one-time resume downloads. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. One-Time Resume Downloads
- One-time resume purchases (₹50 in India / $2.99 internationally) unlock a specific resume sample for unlimited re-download.
- Because the PDF is generated and delivered immediately on payment, these purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has succeeded.
- Exception: if you paid but the download failed to unlock due to a technical error on our end (and you did not receive access to the resume), email nohayasite@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with your payment reference, and we'll either fix access or refund you in full.
2. Nohaya Pro Subscription
- Nohaya Pro is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime — cancellation stops future renewals, but we don't provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period you've already paid for. You keep Pro access until the end of that period.
- Exception — first-time charge or duplicate charge: if you were charged in error (e.g., billed twice for the same period, or charged after you'd already cancelled), email nohayasite@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund the erroneous charge in full once verified.
- If you subscribed by mistake and have not used any Pro-gated feature (AI Tools, Creator Tools, or resume downloads) since subscribing, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we'll refund it as a goodwill exception.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email nohayasite@gmail.com with:
- The email address associated with your Google sign-in.
- The payment method used (Razorpay or PayPal) and, if available, the transaction/order ID from your payment confirmation.
- A short description of the issue.
4. Processing Time
We aim to respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Razorpay or PayPal and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment fails but money was still deducted from your account, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a network or gateway issue, this is always refundable in full — contact us with your payment reference and we'll resolve it promptly.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
