What Maila does
Smart Cleanup

Unsubscribe & Block
See every mailing list and noisy sender in one place, and stop the ones you never read.
Storage Analyzer
Spot the biggest emails and attachments eating your storage and free space fast.
AI Assistant
Summaries, reply drafts, scam checks and chat with your inbox are on the way in a future update.
Smart Folders & Rules
Auto-organize with rules like “archive receipts after 30 days” — they run on your phone.
Multiple Accounts
Manage several Gmail and Outlook / Hotmail / Microsoft 365 accounts together.
Your data and privacy
Why Maila asks for Gmail / Outlook access
Maila needs to read your messages to show your inbox, group them by sender and category, and suggest what to clean. It needs modify access so it can archive, delete, label or mark messages read when you tap a cleanup action. Maila never sends email on your behalf.
Your emails stay in your mailbox
Maila works on your phone: email content is never sent to, copied to or stored on our servers. Sign-in tokens are kept encrypted on your phone.
Never used for ads
Your email data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never used to train AI models. Maila's use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Full details are in the Maila Privacy Policy.
