Delete your Stockio shop and data
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This page explains how to delete your shop account and data from Stockio, the Android shop inventory and billing app published by Nohaya. You don't need to have the app installed to request this.
1. Delete in the app (instant)
- Open Stockio → More → Settings → Delete shop and all data, type DELETE and confirm.
- If your free trial or subscription has ended, tap Delete my shop and data at the bottom of the subscription screen instead.
- Your shop and all its data are deleted from our servers immediately, and any active subscription is cancelled.
2. Or request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app, email us. Stockio has no username or password, so your shop key proves the shop is yours: you can find it in More → Settings → Shop key. If you've lost the key, email us anyway with your business name and the approximate date you created the shop, and we will work with you to confirm ownership.
Email nohayasite@gmail.com to delete my shop
- Subject: Delete my Stockio shop. Include your business name and shop key.
- We confirm by reply and delete your shop within 30 days (usually much sooner).
3. What is deleted
- Your shop, its shop key and settings (business name, owner name, logo).
- All products, stock levels, barcodes and product photos.
- All sales, purchase and stock transactions, and the voice or typed text that created them.
- All customers and suppliers, their contact details, photos, credit balances and payments.
- All checklists.
What is kept: records of payments you made (amount, date and transaction reference) stay in our Razorpay account, because tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. They contain none of your business records. Server logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.
Deletion is permanent and applies to every phone that uses that shop key. If you want a copy first, export it from More → Settings → Export shop data (JSON) before deleting.
4. Cancel an active subscription
Any active Stockio Pro subscription on your shop is cancelled as part of the deletion, so you are not charged again. If it can't be cancelled at that moment, nothing is deleted and the app asks you to try again. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how billing ends.
5. Only removing the app from a phone
Using Leave this shop in Settings, or uninstalling the app, removes the shop key and local data from that phone only. It does not delete your shop from our server. You can rejoin later with the same key.
6. Deleting individual records
You don't need to delete the whole shop to remove a single product, customer or supplier. Open it in the app and delete it. It is removed from our server straight away.
More details are in the Stockio Privacy Policy.
